COBALT (Challenging Obstacles and Barriers to Assisted Living Technologies) is a collaborative research project with the aim of understanding the barriers and solutions to adults aged 65 and over using technology which may help them live more independent, active lives. 

Please note these are not an NDA events

The project has collected data from older adults, health and social care staff and commissioners in novel and interesting ways.

COBALT is holding a series of free workshops showcasing our Tools for Engagement and research findings which will appeal to policy makers, health and social care workers, commissioners, the ALT industry, older adults and academics.These events will be interactive and will showcase our findings and techniques in a way that facilitates discussion between stakeholders and aims to move ALT services forward locally. Refreshments will be provided.
